How to Sign Up and Sign In to Betterteam

Creating Your Account

Getting started with Betterteam takes just a few minutes.

  1. Go to betterteam.com and click Get Started, or go directly to app.betterteam.com/signup.

  2. Choose how you'd like to create your account:

    • Email & password — Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a password. You'll need to verify your email address by clicking a link sent to your inbox (see Email verification issues if you don't receive it).

    • Continue with Google — Sign up with your Google account. Your name and email will be filled in automatically.

    • Email me a sign-in code — Receive a one-time code to your inbox. No password required.

  3. On the next screen, fill in your company details:

    • Full name (if not already provided)

    • Company name

    • Company website

    • Company address

    • Phone number

  4. Click Create Account and you'll be taken straight to posting your first job.


Signing In

Already have an account? Go to betterteam.com and click Sign In, or go directly to app.betterteam.com/login.

You can sign in using any of these methods:

  • Password — Enter the password you created during sign-up.

  • Continue with Google — Sign in with your Google account. This works even if you originally signed up with an email and password.

  • Email me a sign-in code — Receive a one-time code to your inbox. Great if you've forgotten your password.


Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email address and click Continue.

  2. On the password screen, click Forgot your password?

  3. You'll receive a password reset email. Click the link and create a new password. The reset link expires after 15 minutes.

For security, you'll be signed out on any other devices or browsers where you're currently logged in.

Tip: You can skip passwords altogether by using Continue with Google or Email me a sign-in code to sign in.


Seeing "This email is not available"?

This message means an account with that email address already exists. You can sign in to your existing account instead.

If you don't remember your password, choose Email me a sign-in code on the sign-in screen to get back into your account.
