"Your Betterteam subscription will renew soon"

For yearly subscriptions, our billing partner, Stripe, sends this email as a reminder 45 days before the subscription renews. If we have added additional billing emails in Stripe, those also receive the renewal email. The email will appear as shown below:

Subject: Your Betterteam subscription will renew soon

Clicking the Update Payment Method button will direct you to the webpage shown below:

Simply enter your Betterteam email address or the one that received the renewal notification.

After entering the email address and clicking Send, Stripe will send another email to you, shown below:

Subject: Your customer portal login link

Clicking the "Log in to your customer portal" button will direct you to the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your default payment method if needed.

You can access the same billing portal by logging into your Betterteam account, clicking the person icon at the upper right part of the dashboard, and selecting Billing from the dropdown menu. This will bring you to the billing page without having to go through an email confirmation. The billing portal will also allow you to download invoices and receipts, and manage your subscriptions.

To verify that the renewal email/customer portal login email is not a phishing attempt, all the links Stripe sends will start with https://subscribe.betterteam.com/.
