Click the person icon at the top-right of the Betterteam dashboard.
From the dropdown, click Subscription.
Click Manage subscription & view invoices and use the billing portal to cancel.
When does the cancellation take effect?
Cancellation requests are effective immediately.
Can I still access the dashboard when my account is cancelled?
After cancellation you can still log into app.betterteam.com to view existing candidates, download resumes, like and reject candidates, and update your details.
What happens when my account is cancelled?
Any published job posts will be closed on your career site at [yourcompanyname].betterteam.com.
We will notify job boards in our network to remove published posts — usually within 24 hours.
Candidates will no longer be able to apply to any of your jobs.
