Betterteam does support many other payment methods which do not require a credit card. These alternate payment methods will usually be displayed automatically by our billing system depending on your location and currency. The full list of payment methods include:

  • Credit or debit card

  • ACH bank transfer

  • Check

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • SEPA Direct Debit

  • Canadian pre-authorized debits

  • Bancontact

  • EPS

  • giropay

  • iDEAL

  • Przelewy24

  • Sofort

  • Local bank accounts (US, UK (GBP and EUR), Australia, Canada, Hungary, New Zealand, Romania, Singapore, and Turkey)

Note: Not all payment methods are available in every country or currency.

What are "local bank accounts"

Betterteam maintains standard bank accounts in a number of countries to allow you to send money through a normal bank transfer if you cannot pay through the methods above supported by our billing partner (Stripe). Our US account can also be used to receive SWIFT transfers from any country. Please ask if you require this payment method and our team can advise further.

How do I pay in a currency other than USD?

Our billing system should automatically show your prices in your local currency. If you do not see the correct price, or want to be billed in another currency, please ask our support team and we can generate in invoice for you manually in your preferred currency.

How can I pay another way?

If none of the standard payment methods work for your business please let us know and we can see if there is an alternate way for you to pay.

How do I pay by check?

Paying by check is only available to US businesses. Just let us know this is how you wish to pay and we will send you an invoice with the address the check needs to be sent to. Please note, the check payment address is our payment processor (STRIPE) not our office address.
