We do offer the ability to pay by bank transfer (all countries) or check (US only) with some restrictions:
Payment is required in advance for the full year for the Solo and Basic plans. This is to cover the extra costs associated with checks and bank transfers. For Unlimited, Corporate, and Enterprise plans we can work out different payment periods if you do not want to pay for a full year in advance.
Payment needs to be made by ACH or check into our US bank account. If you are not based in the US we do have accounts in other countries but the process is different so please let us know.
Our 14 day 100% refund guarantee does not apply when paying by check or bank transfer but we are happy to offer a longer free trial before you need to pay.
How do I pay in a currency other than USD?
In addition to United States Dollar (USD) we can also bill in:

British Pound (GBP)
Australian Dollar (AUD)
Singapore Dollar (SGD)
New Zealand Dollar (NZD)
Our billing team will let you know the options to pay in other currencies. We normally convert the USD amount to your preferred currency at the current wholesale FX rate.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
If you would like to pay by invoice, bank transfer, ACH, wire, EFT, SWIFT, or direct deposit. Please contact us on chat and we can get the invoice created for you with all the payment instructions.
Which countries does Betterteam support local bank transfer?
We maintain bank accounts in the United States (USD), Canada (CAD), United Kingdom (GBP), EU (EUR), Australia (AUD), Singapore (SGD), New Zealand (NZD).
How do I pay by check?
Paying by check is only available to US businesses. Just let us know this is how you wish to pay and we will send you an invoice with the address the check needs to be sent to. Please note, the check payment address is our payment processor (STRIPE) not our office address.
