How do I sponsor a job on ZipRecruiter?
1. Go to Jobs and open the job you want to promote.
2. On the job's page, click Promote Job. (On mobile, you'll find it in the ••• actions menu.)
3. In the Promote this job window, click Sponsor on ZipRecruiter.
4. Follow the prompts in the ZipRecruiter window — you stay in Betterteam the whole time.

If you're new to ZipRecruiter, the window walks you through it: confirm your account (your name and email are pre-filled from Betterteam), choose the jobs to sponsor, review the plan, and pay. Your job goes live as soon as you confirm.

How do I pause or resume a sponsorship?
From your Jobs list, open the job's actions menu, pause its ZipRecruiter sponsorship, and confirm. To resume, just start it again anytime.
Pausing only stops the ZipRecruiter boost — your job stays live on Betterteam and keeps being distributed for free.

Where do my candidates go?

"Action needed" next to a job means the sponsorship was paused automatically over a job or account issue. Click it to fix and restore — it affects candidate delivery.
