All new Betterteam signups are required to verify their signup email address by clicking on a link we send during the signup process. This can sometimes get stuck in spam filters or be slow to arrive. These issues are mostly outside our control but you can try these steps to get past the email verification screen:

  1. Check the email address you entered is correct.

  2. Refresh your email client by clicking on the send/receive button to make sure all new emails have arrived.

  3. Check your spam folder for emails from

Why do I have to verify my email address?

All candidate applications are automatically forwarded to your signup email address. If you have entered the wrong address, or entered one you cannot access, these applications will never arrive.

It also helps us to verify you are a real person, posting jobs for a real company, and have access to the email address you signed up with.
