Whilst we do our best to make Betterteam functions correctly on every operating system and web browser you may run into issues that we are not aware of.
If you believe you have encountered a bug, error, issue, or something else unexpected follow these steps:
Please let us know in chat so our developers can investigate. Even if you think it is only minor, or maybe just a usability issue, we always want to hear about it.
If you are not using Google Chrome then switch to that browser and go to https://app.betterteam.com/login and try again. We do support other modern web browsers like Firefox and Internet Explorer but Google Chrome is the one we test most extensively.
If you are already on Chrome then try to refresh your browser cache to make sure you have the latest version of Betterteam.
If a cache refresh does not work go to https://app.betterteam.com/signout and then https://app.betterteam.com/login and make sure you sign in with your correct email address. The correct email address is the one we have been sending your invoices and/or candidate applications to.

Outside of these times our response rate is slower but our team still monitors for urgent issues and we will attempt to rectify them as soon as possible.
