Name Change
Click on the person icon at the top-right corner of the Betterteam dashboard.
A dropdown menu will show up. Look for the option that says My Account.
Click the Edit Name button to make changes.
Password Change
To change or reset your password, go to the sign-in screen and follow these steps:
Enter your email address and click Continue.
On the password screen, click Forgot your password?
You'll receive a password reset email. Click the link and create a new password. The reset link expires after 15 minutes.
Tip: You can skip passwords altogether by using Continue with Google or Email me a sign-in code to sign in. See How to Sign Up and Sign In to Betterteam for more details.
Email Change
For security and verification purposes, all email change requests need to be handled by our Customer Support team. If you click on Contact Support, you will be prompted to send an email to hello@betterteam.com to request the email change.
