How do I change my name, login email, and/or password?

Display Name

  1. Click the person icon at the top-right of the Betterteam dashboard.

  2. From the dropdown, click My Account.

  3. In the Display Name section, click Update display name.

  4. Enter your new display name and click Save.

Password

Password and other security settings now live on the Security page.

  1. Open My Account from the top-right dropdown.

  2. Click Security in the left sidebar.

  3. Use the controls there to change your password, set up 2FA, or manage active sessions.

You can also reset your password from the sign-in screen:

  1. Go to the sign-in screen, enter your email, and click Continue.

  2. On the password screen, click Forgot your password?.

  3. Click the link in the password reset email — it expires after 15 minutes.

Email

For security and verification, email change requests are handled by Customer Support. From the Account page, click Update email address to start a support ticket — or email hello@betterteam.com.
