Jobs posted on Betterteam are automatically sent to Indeed. If your jobs comply with all the Indeed policies, they are eligible to be included in Indeed email alerts and on the Indeed site.
Indeed Apply:
Indeed Apply allows candidates to apply to your Betterteam jobs on Indeed without having to click through to your Betterteam career site. Removing the friction of having to click-through, fill in contact details, and then upload a resume, dramatically increases the apply rate to your roles.
Indeed Candidate Sync:
Applying isn't the only way an Indeed candidate reaches you. Indeed Smart Sourcing lets you search Indeed and message people about your job directly, and when someone replies that they're interested, Candidate Sync adds them to the matching Betterteam job automatically — with their resume, when Indeed has one.
