Betterteam does not offer a shared CV library or resume database where you can search for applicants who have not actually applied to your jobs.
The search bar at the top of your dashboard will only show results for candidates who specifically applied to a job you posted.
Why don't we offer this feature?
The agreements we have with our job board partners prohibit us sharing candidates between employers.
Shared resume libraries are unfortunately very popular with people running various employment scams.
