For Active and Pending jobs:
Click the job you want to edit.
Click Edit Job on the button to the right of your job title. This opens the job in a three-step editor: Fill Details, Fill Description, and Preview and Post.
Make your changes on any step — you can move between steps freely using the step menu on the left.
Go to Preview and Post and click Update Job to save and republish.
Which jobs can I edit?
You can edit active jobs which are already being syndicated to our network of job boards and pending jobs which have not yet received any candidates.
How do I edit closed jobs?
If the job is closed it isn't visible to candidates. Click Reopen Job first — this opens the same three-step editor, where you can make any changes and then publish the job again. (If the job is more than three months old, you'll be prompted to Create New Job instead, which posts it as a fresh job.)
How long do edits take to appear?
Edits will appear on your Betterteam Career Site instantly and then will be syndicated to our network of job boards over the next 6 hours.
