Click the avatar icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.

Click "Career page designer."

Scroll to "Style" in the left sidebar and click.

Scroll down until you see the color options at the bottom of the screen. You can change the colors in the order they appear in the sidebar. So, the first color you have the option to change is for text.

Click choose once you've got the color you want, then "Publish Changes" to save them.
