Under Company profile, click "Upload logo" (or "Replace logo" if you already have one) and choose an image file.

The page preview on the right updates right away. Use the "Show company name next to logo" checkbox to control whether your company name appears beside the logo.

Click "Publish" in the top right to make it live.
