There is no option to delete a candidate/application. Instead, you can "Reject" candidates you're not interested in.
Then, you can use filtered views to see only New, Liked, Rejected, Undecided, or candidates with a specific status.
Why can't I delete a candidate?
If you delete a candidate, our system will no longer have any record of their application and our duplicate candidate application feature will not work. We filter out any subsequent applications from a candidate who has already applied to your job so that you do not see duplicates.
