Emailing candidates from inside the Betterteam dashboard (in-app messaging) is not currently supported by Betterteam. All communication with your candidates has to be done inside your desktop email client (Outlook, Gmail, or Microsoft 365, etc.). The quickest way to do this is to reply to the applications we send to you, as these replies go directly back to the candidate.
If you want to send bulk emails to your candidates, you can download an export of all candidates inside the job and then do this with a service like Mailchimp.
Should I send bulk rejection emails?
We usually only recommend you send rejection emails to candidates you have had some contact with. For those that have applied and you had no contact with, we recommend not doing bulk rejections. It may seem unprofessional, but a growing number of candidates these days generally do not expect a response to their applications and assume no response is a silent rejection.
