To change plans or switch from monthly to yearly billing, go to the Subscription page in the Betterteam dashboard:
Click the person icon at the top-right of the dashboard.
From the dropdown, click Subscription.
Click Manage subscription & view invoices to open the billing portal and change your plan.
Our system will automatically calculate any cost difference between the plans, including unused time, and then charge your card accordingly. A payment receipt will also be emailed to you and can be viewed on the Subscription page.
You can also cancel your account from the Subscription page.
