We will automatically post your job to major job boards like Indeed, Glassdoor, Jooble, Juju, Jobinventory, and Jora, etc.

Outside of those our system taps into a network of 10,000 smaller job boards and career focused websites. Obviously, we do not post your job to all of these, instead our system will automatically select the most appropriate job board based on statistics from similar job posts to yours.

For example, if our system notices one job board has recently delivered great candidates to a role similar to yours and also in the same location then it will automatically post your job to that board.

This is updated dynamically so where your job appears depends on which boards are driving the best candidates. There is a lot of technology behind the scenes that manages all this for you.
