No. We pick the boards for you.
We post your job to the major job boards: Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and Monster.
Beyond those, our system reaches a network of smaller job boards and career websites. We do not post your job to all of them. Our system picks the best fit using results from jobs like yours.
For example, say one board recently sent great candidates to a similar job in the same location. Then our system sends your job to that board too.
This changes all the time. Where your job appears depends on which boards are sending the best candidates. A lot of technology works behind the scenes to do this for you.
