Meet your new Betterteam dashboard

A tour of the redesigned Betterteam dashboard for existing employers — what's new, what's better, and where everything moved.

We've given your dashboard a complete refresh. It looks cleaner, loads faster, and works the way you'd expect — on your computer and your phone. Everything you had before is still here: all your jobs, all your applicants, all your account details. Nothing was lost. On top of that, we've added a bunch of new things to make hiring easier.

Here's a tour of what's new.

A faster, fresher look

The layout is cleaner, calmer, and easier to scan, so you spend less time hunting and more time hiring; you can easily change the font size too in the profile menu.

Sort your jobs and applicants any way you like

Both your job list and your applicant list can now be sorted to put what matters most at the top.

  • Jobs: sort by title, date created, status, or by how many applications they've received (total, new, liked, rejected, and more).

  • Applicants: sort by relevance, name, status, or the date they applied.

Your sorting choice is remembered, so the list stays the way you left it.

See your best-fit applicants first

Every applicant now gets a Relevance rating that shows, at a glance, how closely their resume matches what you're hiring for. It's AI-powered and completely automatic — there's nothing to set up.

You'll see one of three ratings on each applicant, in the applicant list and on their profile:

  • Match — a strong fit for the role.

  • Limited Match — some overlap with what you're looking for.

  • Not a Match — little overlap with the job.

Use it to:

  • Sort by Relevance to bring your strongest applicants to the top.

  • Filter by rating to focus on just the Matches when you have a big pile to get through.

Relevance is a helpful starting point, not the final word — it's there to speed up your first pass, and the hiring decision is always yours. (An applicant won't have a rating yet if their resume is still being processed or wasn't included.)

Download every resume at once

Open any job and grab all of its applicant resumes in a single click. Choose Download Resumes and you'll get one tidy ZIP file — each resume neatly named with the applicant's details. No more opening candidates one by one.

Add a requisition ID to your jobs

You can now tag jobs with your own requisition ID. It shows up right under the job title in your list and on the job's detail page, with a one-click copy button — handy for keeping your records and internal systems lined up.

A better job description editor

Writing your job posting is easier with the new editor. Add headings, bold and italic text, bullet and numbered lists, and dividers — so your description is clear, organized, and good-looking to candidates.

Notes and decisions, with full history

Every note and every hire/reject decision is now kept in a clear timeline on each applicant. You can see who added a note, when it was edited, and the full history of how a candidate was handled — nothing gets lost or overwritten.

Quick access to cover letters

See which applicants included a cover letter right from the applicant list. No digging to the applicant details required.

Stronger account security

Your account settings now let you:

  • Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection at sign-in.

  • See every device that's signed in to your account, and sign out the ones you don't recognize.

A clearer view of your subscription

Your subscription page now shows exactly where you stand at a glance — your current plan, what's included, your renewal or trial end date, and quick links to manage your plan or view past invoices.

Works great on your phone

The whole dashboard is now built to work on mobile. Review applicants, update statuses, and manage your jobs from your phone just as easily as on your computer.
