The "Like" and "Reject" buttons help you to quickly mark the status of applications to your job posts. When you like or reject a candidate, no notifications are sent to them and only you can see this status. This is the fastest way to filter your candidates.
The "Like" and "Reject" buttons are shown as thumb-up and thumb-down buttons, respectively, in the candidate view:
