The Like and Reject buttons help you quickly mark the status of applications. When you like or reject a candidate, no notifications are sent to them and only you can see this status.
For more detailed statuses beyond Like/Reject (Reviewing, Contacted, Interviewing, etc.), click Other next to the buttons.
